1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the websites heartofsahas.org and sahaskidukaan.com, donating, volunteering, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered volunteers, supporters, customers, and partners across all digital platforms operated by Sahas Aiding Hearts Foundation (SAHF).
2. NGO Operations & Rescue Services
Sahas Aiding Hearts Foundation operates on-ground street animal rescue, medical treatments, rehabilitation shelters, and daily feeding drives.
Rescue Helpline Guidelines
- Emergency Prioritization: While our rescue helpline operates actively, priority is assigned based on medical severity, distance, and available ground ambulance capacity.
- Reporting Accuracy: Users submitting distress reports agree to provide truthful locations, descriptions, and media to assist swift on-ground rescue.
- Cruelty & Abuse Cases: Serious animal cruelty matters reported to us will be escalated in coordination with local authorities and law enforcement.
3. Donations, 80G Receipts & Refund Policy
Donations made to Sahas Aiding Hearts Foundation are voluntary contributions directly allocated toward animal food, medicines, surgeries, and shelter infrastructure.
Donors eligible for Indian income tax deductions must provide accurate PAN details at the time of donation to receive an official 80G receipt.
Due to the immediate utilization of funds for critical treatments, donations are generally non-refundable unless a verified duplicate transaction occurs.
4. Store Purchases & Orders (Sahas Ki Dukaan)
All pet food, treats, and accessories sold through Sahas Ki Dukaan are designed to sustainably support community animal welfare.
- Pricing & Availability: Product prices, descriptions, and delivery availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Shipping & Delivery: Orders are processed through verified third-party courier services. Delivery timelines may vary by geographical region.
- Returns & Replacements: Defective, expired, or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for replacement or store credit.
5. Volunteer & Adoption Protocols
Our volunteer network and adoption processes exist to ensure the safety, longevity, and welfare of rescue animals:
- Volunteer Code of Conduct: Volunteers must treat animals with dignity, respect shelter rules, and never administer unauthorized medical treatments.
- Adoption Verification: Animal adoption is granted only after basic home checks and verification to ensure a safe, lifelong domestic environment.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, trademarks, photographs, rescue narratives, graphics, website designs, and content published across our portals are the exclusive property of Sahas Aiding Hearts Foundation and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAHF and its directors, trustees, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, delays in rescue response during peak distress loads, or courier transit anomalies.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
